Parking Enforcement

When it comes to parking enforcement, the most effective companies take an ambassadorial approach—meaning that enforcement personnel shift from being ticket writers to being field service representatives. Often, enforcement officers will be among the first parking facility representatives that many people will meet. They are also a consistent presence around parking facilities; they can be greeters and guides, helping drivers figure out how to use parking technologies.

We use our digital parking enforcement and "LPR" technology to issue violations. The violation includes date, time, GPS coordinates, parking facility, license plate number, reason for violation, and a picture of their vehicle and license plate. Our parking enforcement technology allows our enforcement officers to capture appropriate documentation for each violation they issue with the handheld devices, and allows our managers to view real time data at any time or any place.
